Well, the art lounge seems to be a bit dead lately, so I thought I would post a few of my recent art even if it's not pokémon related. Enjoy! ^_^

Sleeping Strife

A gift for my friend Belldandirah. Strife is one of her original characters from her story Akelshi's Wake.

eStunt goes to work

Another gift for my dA friend eStunt. He was very kind to customize one of his wallpapers for me, so I thought it would be nice to give him a little gift. Especially since it involves the blue blob that is on his deviantART avatar.

Very nice. I love the detail in the grass, and how the light shining through the tree branches hits Strife. and eStunt goes to work is very funny. ^^
 
Strife is beautiful. I think the shading from the shadows of the leaves and branches is very realistic. eStunt is humourous. XD

eStunt is so cute! :D I love the big thick outlines and the dark shading you've done, it really adds to that funny cartoon feel. And his expression is adorable. ^_~

But I love the way you've done the picture of Strife, that's so pretty! Of course, the most striking thing is the use of light and shadows, I adore that just like everyone else does. It reminds me of the lioness scene from TLK, which is why I like it so much, but I'll try to keep on topic. :D The other part I really like is the clouds... again, so pretty! The expression here is wonderful too, so peaceful.

The first one is very nice. I'm guessing the white spots are from the light going through the leaves of the tree.
