Actually, I think that art there is from Pokemon Blue and Yellow. The art from Red and Green is a lot more primitive and static. For the English Red and Blue strategy guides, they put in the art from Pokemon Blue and Yellow in Japan. For the English Yellow strategy guide, they put in the older artwork from Red and Green.
