Is there a limited amount of time to post in a topic before it is concidered "Dead"? I guess I'm asking if reviving a topic is allowed.

I ask because of an art topic I posted long ago that I want to update because I don't want to open a new one if I don't have to.

Though if bumping it with an update means double posting this is probably moot...

If I'm correct, its one month before its "Dead".
Posting in a dead thread would issue a warning/infraction, if I'm correct.

If you're adding something substantial (e.g. an update) to a thread when you revive it, even if you were the last user to post, that's considered a legitimate post. Please make it clear what you're adding is current to the topic at hand.

Posting just to bump or posting in a thread that no longer serves a purpose would be considered necro and an infraction.

Please take the age of this thread into consideration in writing your reply. Depending on what exactly you wanted to say, you may want to consider if it would be better to post a new thread instead.
