This isn't so much a Lottery as it is another auction. The rules are very simple, and all you need is at least 1 DS and 1 Pokemon Gen IV game. I will offer a Pokemon, and you all will bid on it, if you want it. I don't want a lot for the Pokemon I'm putting on auction so TMs, Items, Other Pokemon work just fine for an offer.
