Two time Pokémon Trading Card Game World Champion, Jason Klaczynski, will be hosting the first major unsanctioned tournament in the TCG's history. The tournament, taking place in Chicago, Illinois on the weekend of Aug. 31, 2013, will feature prizes, live streaming, and a separate tournament for participants under the age of 14.
