Ok this is really intriguing for me. When i saw the training Ash and Krookorok had with the gym leader I was wondering. Will we see him evolving throughout the gym?

We have the Evolution/Capture/Release thread and a thread about the gym battle episode in which this discussion can go into. There's generally no need to make threads about Pokémon evolving in specific instances, with rare exceptions such as Kibago whom we know wishes to evolve.

In the future, please also make your thread titles more reflective of the topic. "Krookodile" doesn't tell us what the topic is, while "Will Krookodile evolve in the Iccarius Gym battle?" would.
