Contest Kyogre vs. Reshiram: Master of 1-Shots

In a match between these two, Reshiram doesn't stand a chance. Kyogre isn't called the King of Ubers for reason. Plus, it has a better design.

Kyogre is just amazing. Like, really. Plus, if Reshiram tries to put up with Kyogre's type advantage on top... -shudder-
 
Kyogre and thats without even counting type advantage. LOL, Kyogre made the freaking oceans people. Reshiram has no chance.

I know that the matchup isn't really good seeing as Kyogre is a water-type and Reshiram is a Fire/Dragon-type, but Reshiram doesn't hold a candle flame to Kyogre because of those reasons.
Water Spout is an all-around better attack than his signature Blue Flare, as well as Fusion Flare. Most attacks that are 120+ in power have side affects, such as a recoil or a decrease in a stat or something. Draco Meteor is an example of a hard-hitting attack, but isn't always used because of it's detrimental side-affect. Granted, Blue Flare hits hard and doesn't have a negative side-affect, however, it doesn't hit as hard as Water Spout. The only side affect that Water Spout has is that it gets weaker when the pokemon using it gets weaker in HP. This move is meant to be for sweeping, so if you just go first with a Choice Scarf, you've won. Well, not always but it's a good sweeper move none-the-less. :P
 
Kyogre's capable to resist Reshiram's signature moves, and Water Spout from him hurts, so vote goes to one of the most broken Pokemon in the series: Kyogre.
