ok iv beaten the elite 4 and done the island quests , im just catchin new pokemon and iv caught a level 25 larvatar, i wanted 2 trade it over and go through the game with it but i cant untill iv beaten elite 4 etc which is rubbish, so just wondered where do i go what do i do to level it up now ?

Try battling lots of trainers with the VS Seeker, esp in the Sevii Islands, use the amulet coin too, much money is available this way. Wild Pokemon in Sevii also high level so handy to battle them. Another good way to level up at the end of Fire Red and Leaf Green is by just battling the E4 over again, plus its fun as they are much higher and have different Pokemon.
