Latias Lv. 100 Probably Hacked

I have a Latias Lv. 100 migrated from a used Emerald. It has a normal ID number, but I have a suspicion that it is hacked, but I wouldn't know, it wasn't my game. It has a Careful nature and IV blurb of "Capable of taking hits." HP: 276, Atk: 165, Def: 201, SpAtk: 202, SpDef: 297, Spd: 229, Ability: Levitate. Moves: Mist Ball, Psychic, Recover, Charm. No Poffins/Pokéblocks have been fed to it. No ribbons either.

Would like a Moltres; don't care if it's hacked or legit; don't care what level either, I just need it in my Pokédex.
