Latias Research announced for Pokémon Sleep — Event to commence in April

Sleep Researchers will soon be getting another opportunity to observe the sleep styles of a Legendary Pokémon, with a new event featuring Latias announced for Pokémon Sleep. This event is set to begin sometime in April.

Though full details on the event have not yet been revealed, it appears the event will follow a somewhat similar format to the previous events featuring Legendary Pokémon, with Sleep Researchers collecting samples of Latias Down left behind during daily sleep research. These Latias Down samples will then be able to be used in the Event Exchange to purchase a variety of valuable items, including Latias Incense to lure the Pokémon so players can research the sleep styles of this member of the Eon Duo. The announcement also notes that Pokémon with the Skills specialty will be particularly effective during this event, suggesting there may be some event bonuses similar to those from the Super Skill Week events, such as Main Skills being more likely to be triggered, and/or having boosted levels when triggering.

As with the previous Legendary Pokémon events before it, this Latias Research event is expected to be beginner friendly, so even rookie Sleep Researchers just picking up the game for the first time will have plenty of opportunity to not just research Latias' sleeping styles, but also to befriend the Pokémon and add it to their party.
