Legality Checker

Alright, sorry if this is in the wrong section, I have no idea where to put this thread in.

On the subject of the Legality Checker, is it always to be trusted? I just, for no reason, decided to check the PCP from this, and it says it's hacked/invalid. Is there a reason for this, or..?
