This story is mostly fantasy, mixed with action, Pokemon and some drama.
It is about the legendary artifact, The Black Dragon Crystal, and Lee, an adventurous Pokemon who seeks the Crystal for his own needs. But Lee isn't the only one who seeks the Crystal. This Story takes place in the new Region, Genda, and is seen through the eyes of Pokemon.

A Thousand Years Ago...
As the pitch black night was overshadowing the land of Genda, a black serpent was soaring through the sky, on a destructive rampage. The serpent was above the village of Snowscale, the most well known town in all of Genda, and it was shooting Hyper Beams, down to the villagers, and killing off anyone who dared to stay in his way.
The villagers tried as they might, sending a Fire Blast from a Charizard, and a Dragon Rage from a Flygon, but the serpent just took them, pretending to not even feel the blast.
A Ninetails named Silver, and her child, Kiki, were running towards the Great Ice Shrine. They had to warn Aries of the Dragon in the sky, and to bring the treasures to safety.
"Aries! Aries!" Silver excitedly told Aries. "Outside is ..."
"I know. He has returned."
In the middle of the temple was a Creselia, surrounded by all types and sorts of treasures of great secrets and power inside them. "He must be stopped, today." Aries staited strenly.
"Should I take the treasures out of the shrine?" Silver asked Aries, already picking up some jewels.
"No Silver. I need you to help me stop Atmos from retrieving the treasures, and destroying all of Genda. I'm sure that Kiki and some of her friends can take care of the job of evacuating the shrine of all of its jewels," Aries said, looking down at Kiki.
"Don't worry, Aries. I'm sure Chiller and Kento will help me without hesitation. You can count on us!!" Kiki excitedly staited, and she ran off to get her friends.
"Now, we must take off and stop Atmos, Silver. Lets go."
"Alright Areis, lets go!!"
"Wait a minute!!" Aries yelled to Silver.
"What is it, Mistress?" Silver asked. "Is there something I must know."
"Yes." Aries said, her head bowed to the ground. "We won't make it out alive. Atmos is a dangerous Pokemon, and he won't hesitate to kill off the whole village, or even the whole world. We must use the sacred treasure to stop him."
"You mean..."
"Yes. The Inochi Cyrstal. We must use it."
Silver walked up to the Inochi Crystal. It was in the center of the whole shrine, placed delecatly on a ruby red, velvet pillow. The cyrstal was no more than five inches tall, and it was cut into a perfect diamond shape. Sometimes, a flash of light would shine across the surface, and sometimes, if one walked close enough to the temple or jewel, they could feel a pulse, like it was alive.
"You have the cyrstal?" Aries asked Silver.
"Yes, I do. Now lets move!!"
Outside, Atmos was shooting a Hyper Beam pretty close to the shrine, almost destroying it. He barely missed, and his beam hit a bystander that was trying to flee.
"GIVE ME THE ANCIENT TREASURES, OR PERISH!!" Atmos screamed to the heavens, loud enough to wake the dead and deceased. "I MUST HAVE THE TREASURES!!"
Atmos stopped his constant Hyper Beams and his yellow markings turned a bright red. His eyes were glowing a shade of blood red, and his muscles tightened up. Atmos then made a sharp dive down to the village. As he was diving down, a red aura started to surround him, and energy was flowing all over him. He nearly struck the ground head first, when he made a sharp horizontal turn, moving away from the ground, but the energy around him was strong enough to break off some of the ground below him.
"GIVE ME THE JEWELS!!!!" Atmos yelled with a roar. He was charging through the village in search of the shrine, knocking down any Pokemon in the way, and destroying any huts along with the Pokemon.
Silver and Aires ran outside just in time to see Atmos tear through the village of Snowscale with an angry Outrage.
"That Outrage is like nothing I have ever seen. And that aura. How'd he get so powerful?" Aires staited in shock as she saw Atmos tear through.
"We have no time to loose. We have to use the Inochi Cyrstal before anymore Pokemon get killed," Silver staited to Aires, impatiently and angerly.
"Right," Aires said.
Aires shot an Ice Beam towards Atmos, and even though it was a favorable match-up, it hardly broke through Atmos's aura, though it got his attention.
"WHO SHOT THAT ICE BEAM?! IT ISN'T AN ORIDINARY ICE BEAM, AS I HAVE FELT MANY OF THOSE TONIGHT." Atmos yelled in wonder.
"Atmos!" Aires shouted to him. "Long time no see."
"AIRES!" Atmos staited in his booming voice. "I DIDN"T EXPECT TO SEE YOU HERE!"
"I settled down after the group broke up." Aires told Atmos. "But why have you returned, and why do you want to destroy Snowscale?"
"THAT IS NONE OF YOUR BUISNESS, AS NO ONE WILL BE ALIVE AFTER I'M DONE WITH THE VILLAGE."
Atmos looked down at Aires's hands and noticed the Inochi Cyrstal.
"YOU! YOU KNOW WHERE THE CYRSTALS ARE!!"
"That's right, and theres no way I'm letting the likes of you get any of them."
"GIVE ME THE JEWELS, OR DIE!"
The aura around him intensified around him again and he started to charge towards Aires and Silver. He opened his mouth wide, in hopes to grab the jewel while killing Aires.
"Silver, grab on to the jewel and release your aura into the jewel!" Aires yelled to Silver.
Silver put her paw on top of the jewel, and she and Aires focused real hard, and released their aura power.
The Inochi Jewel started to glow with an intense light. The light shone of all colors and it blinded anyone who tried to look directly into it, and Aires and Silver started to glow with a light similar to the glow of the cyrstal.
Atmos was charging faster than ever, his aura at full power, and he was determind to get the jewel, letting nothing in his way. But then, the jewel's intentions were shown.
When Atmos suddently got near the jewel, the jewel exploded. A huge aura of light was reliesed, and, like a black hole, it was sucking up everything enclosed in the light. Atmos, Aires, and Silver were all caught in the light, and were being sucked in the light, which was now twirling with great speed and intensity. The light was getting smaller and smaller, and when it got to the size of the cyrstal, it reliesed all of it's light in on huge blow.
On top of the slope that overlooks Snowscale, Kiki the Vulpix, Chiller the Snover, and Kento the Mothim were taking a pile of treasures away from the village, to an unknown source. They got distracted by the blinding light that was enloping the city, making it look like no city exist.
"What do you think is happening?" Chiller asked his friends.
"I don't know, but I bet it's big," Kento answered, still in awe with the light.
Kiki the just dropped her pile of jewels and started to run down to the city.
"Where you going, Kiki?" both Kento and Chiller asked similtaniously, but Kiki ignored them, and just ran on, not looking back.
When the light finally faded away, there was a huge crater in the middle of the village. In the center of the crater, the Inochi Crystal laid there, fixed like it never broke. But its apperence was changed. It now glew with a black aura, with the feelings of shadows inside, and two lights, one red and one purple, spinned continuiosly in the center of the jewel, bringing light to the black jewel.
Kiki came back from the slope, and jumped in the crater. She went to the Inochi Crystal and picked it up, still in disbelief in what happened. Her mom and the guardian of the village gave their lives to stop Atmos, and now they were stuck in the crystal. Kiki knew this day would come, to either her or her mom, but still, she couldn't believe it. Kiki just looked down and cried.
The Inochi Crystal got a new name, the Black Dragon, even though some still called it the Inochi crystal. It was given that name because Atmos was a shiny Rayquaza, a black dragon. The Black Dragon now had new, unbelievable powers, and had to be locked up. So now, the Black Dragon is locked up in an unknown source, and no one has found it yet. But this could change with one Pokemon, a thousand years later.
