Legendary EX Tins receive international release: Tins contain 2 DRX packs, 1 EPO pack, 1 BLW pack

The latest three tins, the Legendary EX Tins, have made an early international release. The three tins, which feature Mewtwo-EX, Darkrai-EX, and Rayquaza-EX are set for official release in September. The packs included in these tins are 2 from the latest expansion, Dragons Exalted, 1 Emerging Powers pack, and 1 Black & White pack.

Well, with the the orignal Pokemon-ex the 'ex' was said to stand for 'extra'; referring to their attacks, abilities (PokePowers/Bodies at the time) and the extra prize card taken when they're knocked out. I'd assume 'EX' essentially stands for the same thing, but is now capitalized to separate these Pokemon with their Gen III counterparts.
