Legendary Rescues.

Since I haven't seen any good RP's in a while, I am *trying* to make one myself.

Team Rocket has successfully managed to capture all of the legendary pokemon, throwing the world off-balance. If the legendaries aren't released soon, the world will end as we know it. Fortunately, their new headquarters is located in Sinnoh. You are trying to infiltrate their many bases and release the legendaries.

Example:

Name: Patrick
Age:14
Appearance: wiry, black hair with brown eyes. Wears blue jeans, tennis shoes, a white T-shirt with a Pokeball design, and a black windbreaker.
Personality: He tries to be optimistic, and believes that defense is the best offense. Can get depressed quite easily though.
History: Having swept through the Pokemon League, he decided to challenge the Elite Four. After losing time after time, he learned to be defensive sometimes , rather than just ordering an all-out attack. After seeing Giovanni declaring himself as the ruler of the world on the news, Patrick set out and is on his way to try and stop him.
Misc: Has a soft side for cat and turtle-like pokemon.

Team: Shuckle (Male)- Shuckle is quite timid, but is quite dangerous when angered.
Bastiodon (Female)- Kind and caring, she always tries to break up arguments even if she has to use force.
Dunsparce (Female)- Dunsparce is good friends with Shuckle and mostly calm. She is unusually fast.
Tangrowth (Male)- He is a carefree pokemon who likes to give his friends rib-crushing hugs.
Bronzong- Very quiet and reserved. Very protective of its friends.
Hippowdon (Male)- A lazy pokemon that loves to sleep and eat. Can be a powerful battler; when he feels like it.


Reserves:
Empoleon (Male)- Very arrogant and prefers to be the one giving Patrick orders, and not the other way around.
Infernape (Male)- He is a very competitive pokemon, maybe even too competitive. Loves to eat.
Swampert (Male)- A very friendly pokemon. Ironically, he is afraid of lightning and electric attacks.
Jumpluff (Female)- Optimistic and friendly, she is always ready to help a friend in need.
Octillery (Male)- A carefree pokemon who prefers to do things at his own pace.
Torterra (Male)- Torterra is very relaxed and is often caught sleeping. He is also very reliable in a pinch.

No godmodding, spamming, no legendaries (That's kinda obvious), and all the other stuff I didn't mention. If you have a disagreement, please discuss it politely or talk privately through PMs.

Name: Beka Longshadow
Age: 15
Gender: Male
Personality: Beka is quiet and withdrawn from social things, preferring to wander around by himself. He likes to dabble in everything from Gyms to Contests, but most enjoys studying pokemon he has never seen before. He has a hard time overcoming shyness to talk to people, but once he does, he is actually a very likeable guy.
History: Originating from Azalea Town, Johto, Beka always preferred spending time in the woods instead of hanging out at school. The second he became 10, he left his house to begin his pokemon journey, and to find his friend Aya, lost to the Rockets.

1. Ferilagatr (Male): Ferilagtr is Beka's starter pokemon. He is strong, and fiercely loyal to Beka. However, he will often get lost, for he has a poor sense of direction.
2. Arcanine (Male): Arcanine has a hot temper (get it? hot? hahahaha!). He is extremely quick, so don't get in his way, unless you want to find yourself both dizzy and crispy.
3. Flygon (Female): Flygon is shy, but extremely smart. She marks maps and provides aerial support and navigation. She also has a crush on Ferilagtr.
4. Toxicroak (Female): Toxicroak is a hard battler, but often she doesn't know when to quit.
5. Shiftry (Male): Shiftry is very strong, but is often afraid to use it. He is afraid of his power, but will battle to protect Beka or any of his pokemon.
6. Alakazam (Female): Alakazam is a naughty pokemon, and prefers playing tricks on others with its immense psychic powers rather than battling.

Personality: hot-tempered, lacks patience, but is a great guy if you're on HIS side
History: Eric's village was destroyed by Team Rocket three years ago. Mewtwo saved his life. Eric met up with his girlfriend Peggy Nohrstein soon after. Then, the three got their revenge by making Team Rocket, and Giovanni, flee for three years. Eric is now returning the favor by attempting to save Mewtwo and the other Legendaries, who were deities to his people.
Misc.(optional): all his Pokemon are male and were were stolen from Team Rocket by Mewtwo

Rhyperior is the kind of Pokemon to serve justice.
Sceptile was very happy go lucky since he was stolen from Team Rocket. However, he is a merciless battler.
Donphan is very laid back, but gets easily irritated by the little things.
Kingdra is very lazy and selfish sometimes, only listening to his trainer
Crobat is the spaz of the group, and rushes everything
Gyarados is a glutton, and sometimes tries to eat his opponents.

" Unfortunately we cannot find the the Team Rocket headquarters," the news reporter said with a frown. "but by looking at the heightened crime rates in Sinnoh, we can say that there might be some bases located in Snowpoint City, Canalave City, Jubilife City, and Sunyshore City. Other people reported sightings of Team Rocket members entering and exiting Mt. Coronet. Trainers, if you intend to help bring this criminal organization down, we advise you to search these areas. This is Sinnoh News. Thanks for watching!" Patrick marked the locations on his poketch while he waited for Nurse Joy to bring him back his pokemon.

A whole lot of trainers have set out to search for the missing legendary pokemon, but most of them are missing. A good number of his friends are probably dead. "Well, I can stay in Sandgem Town for a bit longer I guess..." Patrick said to himself. Just then, the door opened and a few trainers walked in...

Beka looked down from the news. He took a minute to mark the locations on his black Poketch, and then stared at his shoes, thinking of the boy who defeated Team Rocket in his hometown. If he could do something, then surely...
He stood up, and walked out of the Pokemon Center. "Well, I've always wanted to see the sea! Heh-heh-heh... oh well. Flygon, come on out!"
With a flourish of her tail and a "Flaaah-gon!" she came out, and laid down on the ground, letting Beka seat himself on her back.
"To Sunnyshore City!" Beka cried, and as they took off, he thought back to that boy, the boy that had saved his town so long ago. Gold...

 

[Terra Force]

Eric Daimon came to Sinnoh because his girlfriend Peggy Nohrstein knew and told him that Team Rocket came back and is in Sinnoh. Eric's destiny can't be fulfilled because he needs to get his revenge against Team Rocket. Peggy also told him the possible locations of their base. He headed to Jubilife City first. Eric thought to himself "If they do anything to my girlfriend, they're going straight to Hell! Damn those murderous scumbags. I must follow in my father's footsteps and fight them until the end. If only he were still alive, he'd totally kick Giovanni's criminal ass." He then noticed a Rocket Grunt a few feet behind him, trying to capture and enslave him. Eric turned around and shouted at the Grunt, "Your mother was a Bidoof, and your father smelt of Nomel berries!". The Grunt ran. Even though Eric was number one on their most wanted AND hit lists, the Grunt knew that he was strong, and attempted to run. Luckily, Eric ran after him and the Grunt was cornered. The Grunt sent out his only Pokemon, a Toxicroak. Eric grabbed a Pokeball from his belt and said "Rhyperior, ATTACK!" Eric then sent out Rhyperior, which roared its name loudly. Eric then yelled "RHYPERIOR! USE EARTHQUAKE!", and the earthquake Rhyperior let loose left Toxicroak fainted. The grunt said "Aw, crap, not again! Toxicroak, come back." and Toxicroak disappeared into its Pokeball. Eric did the same with Rhyperior. Eric then shouted "YOU BETTER RUN, YOU CRAZY BASTARD!", as the grunt ran past him.

The two trainers casually walked into the center with smirks on their faces. They walked to the center of the room, stopped, and ripped off their costumes, revealing themselves to be Team Rocket members. "Okay everybody, give us your pokemon unless you want to get hurt!"
"Cassidy, this is going to be great! As long as we don't screw this mission up, we get promoted to admins! We might even get a legendary pokemon of our own!"
"Then get moving Biff! We have pokemon to steal!"
"It's Butch! Not Biff!" The Rocket member screeched.
"I don't care about your name!" Cassidy yelled back.
In the midst of their argument, Patrick crept towards Nurse Joy. "Where did you put my pokemon?" Nurse Joy silently pointed to the counter. By the time Cassidy and Butch stopped arguing, Patrick threw one of the pokeballs into the air, releasing his Dunsparce.
"Use your Charge Beam!" Dunsparce obeyed and released the electrical blast at full power. The Rocket duo rapidly blasted off through the ceiling and into the air, until they were out of sight. After all the excitement, Patrick fell back onto one of the couches on the side of the room, with his Dunsparce in his lap. "That was unexpected, but exciting nonetheless. They probably came from Jubilife." Patrick said to his Dunsparce, who tried to wriggle out of his grasp and head towards an abandoned lunch on the next table over. Patrick let his Dunsparce go and eat to its heart content. "We're leaving to go to Jubilife after your done, okay?" Dunsparce quickly nodded and continued with its meal.

Eric then went into the tunnel and came out in Canalave City soon after. He asked random people about Team Rocket, and they all basically said that life is horrible with them here. Eric continued and sensed something awry. Butch and Cassidy were sent flying directly above him and disappeared. Eric shrugged.
