Legendary Swap - Seeking Many, Offering Many (Also IV leftovers/HA breeding)

Hello! I'm looking to complete a permanent collection of all legendary pokémon, and there are several I'm still missing. For these legendaries I am ONLY seeking the listed legendaries. I absolutely do not want any hacks; clones are okay ONLY if the original was legitimately obtained. None of my offers have been cloned (even if I knew how I'd be terrified to try!) so I only have what's listed available. I want these pokémon to join my permanent collection moving gen-to-gen.

Top priority is Arceus - It's the only thing I need to complete my national dex (none of my friends has one to lend). Also, some trades I may not be interested in - such as HA Dialga for Deoxys. Just a forewarning I have not checked any of my offers for their IVs, but I can if requested.

I have Platinum, HG, and SS, but they're all stuck at my parent's house; I can add some more to my offer list after they're back in my possession in mid-late march, as some of them will be duplicates (i.e. Ho-Oh, Lugia). I can then also obtain HA Giratina and HA Lugia from Dream Radar. (I have HA Ho-Oh presently, but don't wish to part with it while it's my only one).

Breeding-wise my best is Breloom/Shroomish, I can custom breed pentaperfect Jolly HA with Bullet Seed on request; I can also breed pentaperfect Adamant HA ExtremeSpeed/Dragon Dance Dratini, and Adamant Superpower/Belly Drum Marill. In addition, I can breed at least 3-IVers of pretty much anything.

For these, I'd be interested in having penta/egg moves of numerous others (especially interested in Sandile). If for some reason someone'd be willing to offer a shiny/mega stone, I'd be willing to EV train and level up something to specifications as well

I'd love a Vulpix and Pinsir with HA (though you said you have Eevee and Oddish... I thought you wanted that pair? Or am I confused?)
