GEN VI: LF: Eevee with Foul Play, Heal Bell, and Wish

Edit (3/24/2014): Trade completed. However I'm now looking for a non-Hidden Ability Eevee with a Calm nature, the moves Foul Play, Heal Bell, and Wish, and a slightly different IV spread. The rest of this post has been updated to reflect this information.

I need help from Generation 5 breeders that have access to move tutors. I would breed this Eevee myself, but I don't own any of the generation 5 games (Black/White/B2/W2 are the only main-series Pokemon games I've never played).

I need the following:

Eevee
Level 1
Run Away or Adaptability | Calm
31/x/31/x/31/31
Foul Play, Wish, Heal Bell

In return, I can offer any of the following:

• Battle Maison items
  
• Evolution Stones, except Sun Stones and Moon Stones
• Lansat and Starf Berries (note that these will take some time to grow since I have not planted them yet)
• Any of the IV bred Pokemon offered in my trading thread: http://bmgf.bulbagarden.net/f601/machdragonxs-iv-breeding-leftovers-162680/ (Note that if you want a Pokemon listed but with different/perfect IVs, I can breed it for you)
  
• Some newly bred Pokemon not listed in my trading thread, including:
  • Charmanders with Blaze, Timid natures, and the egg moves: Flare Blitz, Dragon Dance, Dragon Pulse, and Bite
  • Ralts with Trace/Synchronize, Modest natures and the egg move Encore
  • Honedges with Adamant natures and the egg moves: Shadow Sneak, Destiny Bond, and Metal Sound
  • Again, if a specific IV spread is required, I can breed it for you.

Updated the first post. I got the Eevee I needed, but I could also use one with a Calm nature. It doesn't need its Hidden Ability, but it does need Foul Play, Heal Bell, and Wish. The IV spread I want this one to have is slightly different than the one I needed before.
