IV's really don't matter, though 3 would be good. I can offer any ORAS HA or some 4-5 IV pokemon. I can also get you a groudon or kyogre with their respective orb. Also non purchaseable stones.

I have eevee, duskull, nosepass, magikarp, Absol, sableye, voltvorb, and marill all with HA, and a huge list for regular.

You need all fossils right? That'd be omanyte, kabuto, aerodactyl, lileep, anorith, shieldon, cranidos and tirtouga? Excluding gen VI ones which I think you have already (and archen who doesnt have one). But I can get you all of them with drifloon and golett. Please confirm me the exact ones you need to arrange.
