LF level 5 Game Freak Mew ID 22796

Hello,

New here. Does anyone happen to have a level 5 Game Freak Mew with the ID of 22796? I would simply want to clone one for myself. I can offer cloning as well as some other powersaves services (nature changes, ball changes, IVs, shiny). I have some shiny Pokemon, some prior to Generation 6 events, as well as some Generation 6 events. Please let me know what I can do to obtain this Mew.
