GEN VI: LF: Modest Rotom w/ HP Ice

After many failed attempts, I am at a loss for obtaining this mandatory Poke on my team.
Like the title says, I simply (not simply its actually proven to be a hassle) need a Rotom w/ Modest Nature and Hidden Power Ice.

What I have available for trade:

Heart Scales
PP Ups
Cresselia
Heatran
Pawniard w/ Psycho Cut, Sucker Punch
Murkrow w/ HA and Brave Bird
Squirtle w/ Aura Sphere, Dragon Pulse
Meditite w/ Fake Out, Ice Punch, Drain Punch and Bullet Punch

It isn't much to offer but getting this guy really is a pain and I want him sooner then later. I'm also looking for a Calm Ninetales w/ Drought. Im working on getting one now but its not going well. I wont be trading Cresselia or Heatran for him however and his importance isnt as high as the Rotom.

I finished breeding a 31/x/x/31/31/31 Modest Rotom with HP Ice, would it be alright if I ask for the Meditite?
