LF : Riolu and/or Lucario

Dude, I am not entirely hip to the jive of these forums (or the game, even, probably). I just want a Riolu or Lucario on my team in OR. I just started the game. I don't have anything fancy to trade and I'm not sure what people are lookin' for. But I looked on the GTS in the game and everyone wants a Mew or a Manaphy or a Ho-oh.

I'd be happy with a level 1 Riolu.
