My conditions for cloning is that:
*you have at least two event Palkias in your party that I can see before we initiate the first trade.
*you are available to clone and continue immediately after the first trade. I don't want to on the receiving end of any of your urgent personal matters.

I do have two shiny event Palkia (was able to swing by a Gamestop recently and picked up one each for W1 and W2), but I do already have everything stated on your first list (in-game catchables). Looking for a Keldeo and/or Meloetta though.
