You have Raichu to beat Lorelei

Poliwrath and Pidgeot to beat Bruno

And that's about it. A high level Psychic type would help against Agatha.

Get a Psychic type, evolve your Vulpix, and get something with Ice Beam for Lance. Articuno works well for that.
