Well yeah, here I go with the world entries for Life of the Legendaries.

Basics:

This Pokémon story is set on the real-world Earth.

The Pokémon Continent is located in the middle of the Pacific Ocean between North America and Japan.

It has every climate zone imaginable except for deep tundra (like Siberia).

Each region is an autonomously governed zone.

Sinnoh, Johto and Kanto are all contigious to each other (this forms the entire mainland). The Sevii Islands are distant from the mainland but are under the control of the Kantoian government.

Hoenn and Unova are separate islands. Unova is located on the far eastern borders of the Pokémon Nation.
