Well, I dunno if this counts as artwork or not, but I figured this would be the best place to show off my paper folding. Let me know if this needs to be banished to the blogs. :c
Anyways, here's what I have so far:
*Note: the pictures are kind of large!
Cranes:
The crane at the front is one where the wings flap, so that's a cool fun fact I guess. I usually use 5x5 paper, but when I'm at school I tear up lined paper and work with 3x3 sheets.
Ducks:
For some reason, all of the ducks I make are really large. vv Coincidentally, my best ducks are with 5x5.
Horses:
Probably the hardest animals for me to make. All of them come out different.
Dolphins:
The smaller/grey dolphin is my first and favorite. I think it came out a lot better than my second one.
Bat:
I ended up getting a lot of the folds wrong, but I still like the way it came out. It was really easy.
Frog:
By far the hardest origami I've done. I'll have to work on the frog base more before I start to make the frog itself.
Whale:
This one was already really easy. I think it was only around five folds, most of which were just simple mountain folds.
Dragon:
This was also really hard to make. I think I worked with 4x4 paper which is really hard for me to use with my huge meat hands. I'll have to try again with some bigger paper and see if I'm able to get the more delicate folds down pat.
Koi Fish:
...This one didn't come out right.
But yeah! That's what I've done so far. I'm trying to work on flowers next, so if I manage to get anywhere I'll try to post here!
