Ello! I was just wondering about the Lilycove Departments Store Clear out Sale. I know it occurs only after you defeat the Elite Four, but on my Emerald Version, I never had a sale and I've beaten the Elite Four sometime before last summer. Is this sale just totally random? Or is there some sort of pattern that follows this?

Please help me!
