Nintendo/Gamefreak deliberately left out certain countries, mostly European microstates (Liechtenstein, San Marino, etc.) and certain Middle Eastern nations (Iran, Saudi Arabia). Spellings of placenames reflect the in-game text as opposed to any standard naming conventions, and they tend to favor the placenames in whatever the local language is rather than English - take a gander at those Polish names to see what I mean.
Anyways, this was a bitch to compile (navigating through the registration list was very cumbersome, and it took almost as long as getting the Coal Badge) but fun and rewarding nonetheless. Enjoy.
