Bulbapedia List of moves by Mystery Dungeon index number

As you may or may not know, MD1 (and may be MD2) uses a different list of moves compared to the main series. Is there someone who knows Bulbapedia's MOS a bit better so as to facilitate the creation of such a list (or at least as an add-on to List of moves)?

How different is the order? Is it the same other than including MD-exclusive moves?

Very different. The list of moves (which include all Wonder Orbs) starts with Iron Tail, ends with Pierce (the Pierce Orb), and mixes generations together (the only saving grace is that Wonder Orb moves and other MD-specific moves generally come last; the last "main series" move in the list is Volt Tackle).

Similarly, the TMs in MD are not numbered internally - TM compatibility is stored simply as "Pikachu learns Iron Tail by TM", and it's conceivable that one could learn a move by TM, but the TM itself doesn't exist. (The main series TM order is only preserved via the master item list, which contains a field that associates a move to the TM. Wonder Orbs, for the most part, are given in the order that their associated move appears in the master move list.)
