On my profile it says my local time. But that isn't actually my local time? Is there any way to change it?

If that link doesnt work, go to Settings at the top of your screen, on the sidebar then go to General Settings (this is where the link takes you), then scroll down and there should be a section about Time Zone so just change it to your time zone and there ya go!
