I've been creating teams for a while and have finally entered the IPGL. That was when I noticed that my team is a little lop-sided for me. I am also very bad at calculating EVs, so I go for type coverage with my moves. I also have a lack of heart Scales. I do best in Double battles. Help?

Drapion
Nature: Quiet
Item: Scope Lens
Ability: Sniper
Moveset:
Acupressure
Toxic Spikes
Crunch
Cross Poison
Drapion, my favorite lead. Repeated acupressures raise most stats to rediculous heights, using it's STAB attacks to ward off threats which, when combined with Toxic Spikes to prevent escape, create a deadly combo.
Torterra
Nature: Gentle
Item:Big Root
Moveset:
EQuake
Wood Hammer
Stealth Rock
Leech Seed
My strategy with Torterra is to set up Leech seed and stealth rock and then go all out with deadly STAB attacks. Especially good for KOing steel and water types. Fire tends to go down here too.
PIP [Empoleon]
nature: Hasty
Item: Mystic water
Moveset:
Surf/Some steel type move
Brine
ice beam
Drill Peck
PIP, my first starter, has always been the cornerstone for my team (although I tend to wince at his moves now). He might be a little slow, but he hits hard. Drill peck is for coverage, all others are for STAB. Good special sweeper.
Flygon
-Outrage
-Earthquake
-U-turn
-Fire Blast/Stone Edge
Nature: Adamant/Jolly/Naughty/Naive
EVs: 4 HP/252 Atk/252 Spe
Item: Choice Scarf
Elekable [Electivire]
Nature: Adamant
Item: Muscle band
Moveset:
Thunder
Ice Punch
Cross Chop
EQuake
Lots of coverage with this guy. Smashes hard, and if Altaria provided the rain, it pegs foes with Thunder. It's Muscle Band gives bonuses to it's other moves. Nice physical sweeper.
Here's where I have trouble. The other registered Pokemon are Blaziken, Espeon and Scizor. I can never figure out which I should use. I am also thinking about replacing the Scizor with a shiny Metagross next month.
