Don't know what to offer, I'll post some of what I have later, I have other starters butI only really have one shiny pokemon tho and it was an event rayquaza from gen 6, it is legit I recieved through the event myself. I have other legendaries but that is the only shiny pokemon I own if you are looking for something particular let me know ill see what I have, if not like I said I'll try to post my inventory later.

I have a few other legendaries I recieved through gts in Black that were permitted trasfer to ORAS, so they have no hexagon and I can not confirm they are legitimate

I can also breed eevee for either.

I can offer a different starter or anything from AS and possibly black (have to see if my pokebank is still active) that I can catch or breed. I lost my X so I can't get anything from there :/ my starters I can breed are

I just so happen to have a little baby Charmander all ready to go. He his very excited to meet his new friend. He is nice and gentle and alert to sounds. He has even inherited his daddy's ability to fire a shock wave generated by his gaping mouth (He knows Dragon Pulse). He didn't inherit Daddy's Solar Power, not sure if you wanted that or not. I could breed a few more just if you want though. You said that you could give a Johto starter with their hidden ability. Would it be possible to get a Cyndaquil with Flash Fire? I don't care about its gender and you can nickname it whatever you want.
Unfortunately I have no ability to consistently breed shinies, sorry about that one.
