Any level will do but I prefer under level 100.

Is the Pidove and Celebi UT & Legit? (and also what event is the Celebi from?

I have shiny eevee.

The shiny Pidove is legit but not UT, the OT has trained it by 2 levels
The Celebi is not UT level 75 and Japanese.. I'm not sure about the event it's from
