gender doesn't matter, level doesn't matter (though I prefer LOW levels, I like to raise up my pokemon from the lowest level possible), nature doesn't matter.

Can Trade (some pokemon will need to be hatched, I will be happy to hatch the egg prior to trading):

Dratini (male)
Dragonaire (level 42) (female)
Eevee (level 39 female) (but you can receive a male as well)
Ditto
Hitmonchan
Squirtle (will be from an egg)
Totodile (will be from an egg)
Larvitar

For a Milotic I will trade one of any of the following:

Level 50 Kabutops
Level 40 Gengar (female)
Level 48 Blastoise
Lugia
Zapdos
Articuno
Latios

Hm, Shelgon, Milotic, Dusclops or an arcanine + a deep sea scale/deep sea tooth/shiny stone

there are probably a few other pokemon I'd trade for, but those are the ones I can think of
