looking for a good water pokemon Gen IV

I need a good water pokemon to go the distance with. I started with cyndaquil on SoulSilver and i need a good starter or legendary that is below lvl. 50 that i can use for the remainder of the game. I don't have much to trade but may karma be with you.

I've got a Finneon, Clamperl, Corphish, Manaphy, and a whole bunch of other Water-type Pokemon who are below Lv. 50.

So you don't want a water pokemon (not even manaphy? they're hard to get)?

I might have a spare Riolu if Taco doesn't have one, but I can't spare an exp share. What are you offering for it?
 
i do want the manaphy and honestly i have next to nothing to offer right now but i intend to make whomever a friend and help them when i can
 
I'll trade you the Riolu if I can borrow it back after it becomes a Lucario, so I can breed it... I could probably put an extra exp share in that game by that time, to give you when I return it after breeding it.
 
I don't have a Riolu. (Mine's already a Lucario in Pokemon Black) But, I've got 10 EXP shares. Just saying...
 
So that means that I'll give the Manaphy with the EXP share, and Majentafer will give the Riolu. Sounds good to me!
