No it can't be bred its the aura sphere riolu

I have a shiny Emboar I raised from a Tepig from the GTS, and a shiny Staraptor (which I caught myself as a Staravia in Platinum) that I was going to use in another trade, but since that person never got back to me I'll assume they're no longer interested.
