Looking for a Lotad with Water Pulse from the Dream World!

As the title says I'm looking for a Lotad with Water Pulse. I'd also like it to have Rain Dish Ability, & have better IVs in Special Defense & HP. I don't require perfect IVs, so RNG abuse not specifically needed, althiugh that is negotiable.

As for what I'm offering, I have a Ditto & Pokerus & a full pokedex, so I'm not limited particulary.
