Looking for a low level shiny Raikou.

I'll trade anything for it. please be specific. I'm willing to trade a level 100 shiny Fraligatr with wondergaurd for a Shiny Raikou with no hacked abilities that is under level 10. the Fraligatr I just told you about, as you might guess is hacked, and thus, the most powerful pokemon I currently have. I have an action replay, but I only use it for the modifier. not to hack abilities and levels, so you name it I can get it, for the most part.

So you want a shiny Raikou a legendary that starts at 40 or 50 at below level 10 meaning clearly hacked and are offering a hacked shiny and can hack. Im abit confused if your after a hacked Raikou why not just hack it yourself seeing as you could?

because I dont know how to hack to make it permanently shiny. and I dont know how that Fraligatr was hacked, I got it from someone else, who got it from the GTS.

I agree. Why can't you just hack tthe Raikou? Geez. You hacked the Feraligatr.

I didnt hack the fraligatr. I have no clue who did. I traded to obtain it. if i knew how to do these thin would have never even joined this forum. I did it for the sole purpose of getting a shiny raikou, because I do not know how to obtain one by any other means.
