I thought I'd try my luck out here to see if I can obtain one for someone's birthday that's on the 1st.

The shiny eevee can be any gender, nature or have any ability.
 
I personally have been looking for houndoomite, best chain on eevee so far is 38 (finger slipped and hit a wrong patch :/) but Id gladly chain it again for a houndoomite
 
I'm not sure where you want me to reply.
But I don't think I'm at the stage I can get a Houndoomite as I haven't completed the game. :c
