These are the requirements:
Ability: Natural Cure
Moves:
Wish
Soft-Boiled
Seismic Toss
Toxic
Nature: Bold
EVs:
HP=253
Defense=252
Sp. Dfense=4
IVs:
HP=31
Attack=Any
Defense=31
Sp. Attack=Any
Sp. Defense=31
Speed=31
If you cannot EV train it is alright but i want the rest of the things
I have certain low level shinies to offer and certain good pokemon if you want(because i know mostly this would be pokegenned)
Wish Blissey was distributed in Gen 3 so it is hard to get perfect IVs so i will accept genned ones but i will only give my most expendable shiny if it is so
