GEN VI: Looking for Gible/Gligar

Hi I am currently looking for a Naive Gible and a Careful Gligar. 3 or more IV's are preferred but I'm just desperate for one right now. I've been trying to hatch one for an hour but RNG won't cooperate with me If you have a Naive Ditto that would count as well.

I have a bunch of 5iv breeding leftovers for trade.

I'm interested in a Horsea if you have one with Swift Swim.

The Gibles I have are in Fast Balls, but I can rebreed one in a regular Poke Ball if you want. They have Outrage, Iron Head, and Rock Climb as egg moves. I have both genders with Rough Skin and Sand Veil. Any preferences?
