I'm looking to masuda for shiny and i am in desperate need of a Japanese Female Dream World Vulpix, good iv's would be a really big plus. I also need a Female Japanese Growlithe but Dream World ability is not needed.

I have some good stuff to offer but too much t list so hopefully someone has these or has a japanese version they are able to get them on so we can work something out. Thanks!
