Looking for Pokemon with correct amount of IV's

Hello all. I have started EV training pokemon a while back now and i have picked up IV training as well. I am looking for pokemon that have the write characteristic for the highest IV the pokemon could have possible, also with "Quite Impressive", or "Wonderfully Outstanding" ability as the stats judge would say. I know this is a lot to ask but if i can have some help I can start to EV train pokemon for others. Please help and i will try to give you what you would like.
For the type of Pokemon.
It doesn't matter which pokemon it is. It just needs to be breedable preferably male, the only reason i prefer male is so i can keep them in the daycare to create more and more of different pokemon than just copying whatever the female version may be. I am looking for at least one pokemon in each egg group. I would really appreciate the help i can get.

Let me offer some advise as someone who has extensive bred iv outstanding pokemon. Check the gts. Look for sub 10 males and for ppl who want sub 10 males/females in return. Usually they will be fellow breeders who are offering pokemon with maxed IVs and such.

Also leaving the same male in daycare is sloppy. Great breeders want precise egg moves and traits.
