Looking For Secret ID

I need to know my secret ID for Pokegen purposes. I read up on it and tried numerous ways, but couldn't figure it out fully. I know a shiny is required, which I have, but after that... I dunno. If someone would be willing to tell me my SID, I would be forever grateful.
