Looking for shiny Riolu

I already have a normal Lucario named Sideswipe, but I need a shiny Riolu to evolve him because he'll be yellow, and I want name him Sunstreaker (like the twins from the original Treansformers). How much nerdier can I get? HELP!
 
I can give Uxie or Cresselia. I'm not giving up any other Legendaries because I don't have doubles. But I can throw in a shiny Misdreavus, too.
 
Do you have TM61 Will-O-Wisp? If not I can take Cresselia.

Did you want Riolu renamed?
 
I don't have that TM, I'm sorry :( If you're ok with Cresselia, I would be SO grateful
