Title says it all let me know what your looking for so we can make a trade :)
 
The only way to do this would be hacking. You can't transfer Gen I/II Pokemon to Gen III/IV/V.
 
@PlatinumMew; FALSE! Surfing Pikachu can be gotten from Pokemon Battle Revolution as well!

It can be acquired in gen IV and V via HG and SS's pokewalker in Yellow Forest and obviously PBR like Thuzle said lol :)

and the PBR one would be really nice to trade for but that might be pushing my luck ^^;
