Looking for Thundurus & Rufflet

Out of all the Generation 5 pokemon that can be caught without event I am only missing Rufflet and its Evolution as well as Thundurus... and Landorus (Which can only be caught after having both Tornadus and Landorus)

I have an extra Tornadus that a friend of mine who wanted to restart his black game gave me if anyone has an extra Thundurus...

I have an extra Vullaby or Zorua for the Rufflet... and can breed any of the pokemon I own via ditto instead...

I don't have any non-Gen 5 pokemon in Black yet... except for ditto... so I can't breed any non-Gen 5 pokemon...
