Hey, just as the title says, im looking for a muddy water, dragon scale included horsea from winners path. Tried for days and can't get one.

Any offers would be appreciated, just state your price and ill do what i can... warning, slight noob so i mightn't have what you want, but i'd appreciate the offer anyway.

Do you have a Pal Pad? If not, go to a Pokemon Center and get one. Then, 'use' the Pal Pad and check your FC.
