Wow, do I ALWAYS have to be the one to say this?

DKC3 is just as good, if not a bit better, than DKC2. I know a lot of people bash the game for being "weird" or "a downgrade" but it is an amazing game. There is absolutely nothing wrong with it if you enjoyed DKC2.

I got both DKC3 and Gunstar Heroes and I have no regrets!

DKC3 is very similar, yet still very awesome. Kiddy Kong is the best, I wish he was the star!

Gunstar is also amazing. I wish I had someone I can do co-op with.

Last 1100 points, should I get star fox or no?

Okay, after playing both a little longer, I formulated an opinion

Gunstar is too short. Like the difficulty though. And tg for Wiis save option, so I can actually take a break. The gameplay itself is flawless and pure fun.

DKC3 is fun but not as good as the first two. Dave Wise's music is great, 3's isn't bad, but it doesn't have that epic feel to it. And the lack of DK is rather frustrating, even though I really like Kiddy.

Try Sonic the hedgehog or Super Mario World

David Wise only made nine songs for the SNES version of DKC3. You can kinda tell by listening to which ones feel more epic...

Eveline Fischer did the other tracks in the game, which are the more jumpy and happy songs in the game.

The coolest part is that I can name which musician did which song just by listening! I'm...obsessed.

Mustve missed this bit. Thanks for the input though.

I'm guessing one of Wise's is the final boss tune. Thats a great one.

Harvest Moon, Phantasy Star II, and of course ActRaiser.

Yeah, DKC 3 game-wise was just as fun as the others (even if you had alot of gimmicky stages)...but the music wasn't as good really. No memorable tunes really imo.

The gimmicky stages which used one gimmick until the end of a stage again and again with very little variety killed the gameplay for me though.

That and Kiddy Kong who couldn´t replace Diddy ( Donkey wasn´t my cup of tea either ^^"),...

DKC3 is by far my last favourite out of the 3 DKCs.

Okay with my remaining points, I have 3 games that I am considering most.

A. Castlevania IV
B. Star Fox 64
C. Contra III
