Looking to complete my pokedex

I am looking for a Celebi or Deoxys (doesn't matter what form) in order to complete my pokedex. I do not care if they are hacked or legit.

Do you just need to see them ? What can you offer for the service?

Well, I'd like to keep them so that I can transfer them to my other games, but if the person in question wants to keep them, it's not a big deal. As for services, I pretty much have access to every other single pokemon (just a question of if I actually have it on hand at the time), I have a couple of shinies that I'm not quite willing to part with, especially my shiny murkrow. I do have extra Shiny event Pichus, Jirachis, and Arceus. I have doubles of a couple of legendaries like Zapdos, Moltres, the pixie trio.

As I said, I do have two shinies: a female ralts and a shiny murkrow, but I rather keep them.
