I may be able to assist you with this, @Sir Richard... Assuming, you can provide a Horsea. Any old Horsea will do. Though I'm pretty sure I don't have a female Fennekin on-hand, so I'll have to do a bit of breeding... Are you after any specific natures or IVs?
