Like I said, Pikachu being in the regional dex was not unexpected, and it was very logical to assume he'd be in. But with just logic and assuming you can't proof pikachu is in the game, while with this image you can.

In my denfense, that torchic wasn't there untill Platinum. I have no explanation for the chickorita and piplup though.

This. But it's gonna be there regardless. As much as I hate it, it's Pikachu. At least, as much as I hate Pikachu, Raichu's my favorite Electric-Type, so w00t.
